Are you falling short of storage space in Salesforce? And spending thousands of dollars on getting additional storage? What if you can get an alternative to keep all your files and attachments in an external cloud with no loss or heavy expense?

Sounds interesting! Right? We have the most perfect solution for this.

File ZIPO helps you to Sync Salesforce Files & Attachments with External Cloud Platforms, such as Google Drive and Dropbox. After Syncing, these files are stored directly in the third party accounts while reducing your manual work. However, you can still “View” or “Download” them within your org.

File ZIPO Offers
Two types of Sync operations

Auto-Sync

Using this, Salesforce admins and developers can automatically sync files and attachments to external storage accounts. So, whenever a new file is added in Salesforce, it will transfer directly to Google Drive or Dropbox.

Why do you need this?

As a Salesforce user, you need to make sure that your files and attachments remain secure and there’s no loss. The Auto-Sync feature helps to create a backup of your files and attachments automatically in an external cloud so you can manage and access them at one place hassle-free. You can still “View” or “Download” the files within your Salesforce org.

Notes

Auto Delete

You also get the option to auto delete the files and attachments from your Salesforce org after syncing. This will free up the storage space in Salesforce.

Manual-Sync

Using this, you can sync existing files and attachments to external cloud platforms with ease. So, whenever you need to free up the space, this is an easy choice for you.

Why do you need this?

As a Salesforce user, you need to store a large number of legacy files. The Manual Sync feature makes it easy for you to select multiple files and attachments at once and transfer them all to external storage accounts. You can still “View” or “Download” the files within your org.

Notes

Filters

You can use filters to find specific records (exact and related) of your objects in a few clicks only. You can search for files and attachments by using a file name, or object.

You can save your filters that you have applied by giving them a name. This way you can use them again later on.

Delete If selected, the feature will delete the selected legacy files from Salesforce after sync. Then, you can access them in external storage accounts only. You can still “View” or “Download” the files within your Salesforce org. .

View Even after you delete your files and attachments in Salesforce, you can preview them under the external storage tab using File ZIPO.
